Why Simply Gaining XX Pounds of Muscle “Wherever it Winds Up” is Not the Route to An Attractive Body!

Gaining untargeted muscle is not that complicated and is perceived as being more complex than it is. The major issue with following the standard advice of concentrating on the “big 3” lifts (deadlift, squat, and bench press) is that it will most likely create a terrible looking, bulky physique.

Even if you gain 100% pure muscle, it can still ruin your looks if not added to the correct visible areas of the body.

In fact, getting a little thin is not as bad as getting too muscular and bulky.

Think about this scenario for a second. Wouldnt it be more appealing to look more like Jackie Chan rather than being bloated and looking like you belong in the WWE as a professional wrestler?

You see, even if you are on the thin side, you can, in any case, look “cool” and hip. You can wear designer clothes. You can look “GQ,” and so forth.

However, if you put on a lot of muscle in the wrong places, you understand those people obtain a “cheesy” meat-head aura…and that is not a place where you need or want to be. Remember, this is something you should carry with you on your adventure to stay fit.

Most women are disgusted by guys who are too bulky.

…But the same women who are disgusted by too much muscle also like it if you have solid muscles just not too buff.

Some examples of this are Cam Gigandet, Taylor Lautner, Will Smith, Brad Pitt, Dwayne Johnson (has slimmed down as of lately), Hugh Jackman, and much more.

I realize that attracting women is not the only reason to put on muscle, but it can be good motivation. With a proper motivation obtaining a good physique is within your grasps. Women are one of many motivations that can push you beyond your limits. Down below share with me what makes you want to get fit. I love listening to what others feel and what drives them to reach their goals.

There are two types of muscle growth that affect how your muscles look.

Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy: Sarcoplasm is growth caused by the increase in fluid within a muscle cell. Sarcoplasm is a fast way to increase the size of a muscle, but since sarcoplasm is a liquid and can’t contract, it won’t make the muscle significantly stronger.

Myofibrillar Hypertrophy: Myofibrillar is actual muscle fiber growth. Myofibrillar adds considerably less to the size of a muscle than sarcoplasmic development, however, since muscle fiber can contract, muscles will become significantly stronger.

So How do the Guys in Hollywood (Taylor Lautner, Cam Gigandet, Brad Pitt, etc.) Get that Ultra-Lean look where it Appears as if Their Skin is Shrink Wrapped Around Their Muscles?

The majority share of coaches will disclose to you that it is simply a question of achieving a low muscle to fat ratio. They are just mostly right.

Often guys will look defined in the gym because of a pump that is temporary which tightens up the skin.

The problem with this method is that when the pump goes down, the person’s skin is a bit loose

Also, they don’t present the same amount of muscle definition that is present outside the gym.

If you appear a lot better when you are in the gym than you do at the beach, or if you only have nice six pack abs with strong over-head lighting…then I guarantee it is most likely a result of loose skin.

This loose skin makes the difference between “sort of” toned and absolutely shredded.
